Clairsentience

Clairsentience or clear feeling helps you connect to your “gut feelings” and understand what they are telling you. Clairsentients are excellent at feeling and sensing energy in a way that others can not. This is different from being an empath. While clairsentients can often feel the emotions of others, empaths can absorb those energies and take them on as their own.

Clairsentient Exercises:

Psychometry is a common exercise utilized by clairsentients. It is the practice of holding an inanimate object and feeling into the energy of it to understand the person that once owned it. This is best practiced with another person that can verify the information. Prior to reading the object, center yourself with deep three breaths and feel into the object. Try for emotion first, do you feel happy, sad, frustrated or angry? This might give you an idea of the person that owned the object or an event related to the object. Do you notice a change in temperature? Do you suddenly feel warmer or colder? This tells you about the area this object once lived in and more about the owner.
