Claircognizance

Claircognizance also known as clear knowing, is the ability to psychically know things. You may have been given little hints of this ability like knowing to avoid a certain freeway or that you will meet a new person today, you can’t explain it, you just know.

Claircognizance Excercise:

Automated Writing is a great exercise to develop claircognizance. With paper and a pen handy, take three deep breaths and with each breath work on clearing your mind. In the beginning, it is likely that things will pop into your head regarding your day (have to write this email, must call someone, etc). Do your best to quickly acknowledge the thought and kindly push it aside. If this is happening, I recommend doing some further deep breathing. Once you’ve done your best to clear your mind, start writing the first five things that pop into your head. It can be anything. As you deepen this practice, you will want to work on things you know. I know that I will receive a package today, I know this person will call me today. The more you connect to yourself internally, the easier this practice becomes. Please be patient with yourself as it is a more challenging exercise in the beginning but will strengthen with practice.
